We have opportunities across a number of disciplines, in our growing Infrastructure Team, based in Auckland NZ.  These roles include:

• Project Managers
• Project Planners / Schedulers
• Cost Estimators
• Cost Control Managers

• Relevant engineering degree 
• 5 - 15 years’ experience in a similar position with multi discipline projects
• Pre-contracts experience 
• Possess an extensive understanding of construction standards and practices Rail, Roads, 3 Waters & Utilities. 
• Knowledge of project engineering design, documentation and administration
• Excellent knowledge/understanding of all aspects of project development, delivery and management
• Self-starter, confident in leading the tender process
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with project team and external stakeholders
• Strong report/writing skills to compile relevant tender documentation
• Thoroughness and attention to detail and accuracy
• Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams
