• Responsible for implementation of external and internal processes for Construction Management, QA/QC, EHS and security requirements
• Responsible for Quality Assurance and Quality Control for entire Project
• Responsible within the Owner’s Project Team during entire execution phase with internal & external Engineer staff
• Act as representative of the client towards General contractor / other sub-contractors, examination and evaluation of QA/QC and documentation
• Review Quality Control Plan as part of the Project Execution Plan
• Monitor the implementation of the approved site Quality Control Plan by the contractors
• Coordinate quality inspections with the site contractors, sub-contractors and vendors including coordination of all testing on site
• Coordinate all receipt of goods/materials inspections with contractors
• Support of safety analysis process
• Monitoring of inspection schedule milestones and interfaces
• Manage system relevant activities during implementation, commissioning, acceptance including handover to the internal owner according to the client's standards
• Manage supervision and control of scope / quality of general contractor including claim management and acceptance for all facility buildings and systems

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering / Industrial Engineering or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience in Industrial / Data Centres / Life Sciences / Pharma projects
• Knowledge to develop, write and approve Commissioning plan and Test Scripts
• Knowledge and experience of the main design, project management, construction and commissioning and QA/QC concepts, tools and techniques
