Due to a huge pipeline of work coming in 2023, we are seeking a variety of different skill sets to join our Natural Resources and Renewables team in Adelaide, South Australia.

We are looking for someone to assist the project and engineering teams in design, tendering and execution of several key packages to maintain the project schedule and budget. These roles include:

• Project Engineer and Project Managers
• Cost Controllers
• Planners
• Estimators
• Project Directors

• Relevant engineering degree 
• 5 - 10 years’ experience in a similar position with multi discipline projects
• Pre-contracts experience – tender preparation
• Possess an extensive understanding of construction standards and practices civil infrastructure, mining infrastructure or oil & gas projects
• Knowledge of project engineering design, documentation and administration
• Experience working on owners/client side
• Excellent knowledge/understanding of all aspects of project development, delivery and management
• Construction contract procurement and management
• Self-starter, confident in leading the tender process
• Excellent communication skills with an ability to build and maintain strong relationships with project team and external stakeholders
• Strong report/writing skills to compile relevant tender documentation
• Thoroughness and attention to detail and accuracy
• Experienced in working with multi-disciplinary teams
