Job Description

·       This position shall provide support primarily to the Senior Quantity Surveyor/Senior Contracts Administrator for the allocated Project(s).

·       The position is responsible for accurate surveying of quantities for preparation/reviewing of bills of quantities, rate analysis, and other commercial activities for the projects.

·       The position is responsible to assist with checking and certification payments to the contractors and consultants.

Qualifications

Mandatory requirements:

·       Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience.

·       Experience in major infrastructure projects and/or programs. Preference will be given for roads, aviation, structures and/or rail experience.

·       University degree from a recognised university in an appropriate field such as Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management, Construction Management or equivalent.

·       In-depth knowledge and experience of Ashghal/Government processes and procedures.

·       Ashghal client-side experience

·       Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.

·       Driver’s License

Desirable requirements:

·       Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent is preferable.
