• This position will manage claims, cost and/or provide commercial support in terms of quantum for allocated projects. He/She will ensure that all targets are met and progress and value are delivered for Ashghal.

Mandatory requirements:

• Minimum of 15 years post-graduate experience in major infrastructure project or programmes. Experience with roads, aviation, structures or rail is preferable.
• University degree from a recognised University in an appropriate field such as Project Management, Commercial Management, Civil Engineering Construction Management or equivalent.
• Ashghal client-side experience
• In-depth knowledge and experience of Ashghal/Government processes and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken.

Desirable requirements:

• Professionally qualified in MRICS or equivalent is preferable.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Arabic language skills.
• Experience of working in Qatar or the Gulf region.
• Driving Licence.
