Job Description

Role details:

 

  • Manage risk management process and assessments to support cost and schedule predictability
  • Guide and influence general contractors and client to drive delivery and cash flow KPI’s
  • Control costs with knowledge of conceptual estimating, basic contingency and procurement principals
  • Lead change management process and work flow, providing a platform for adding/ tracking/ monitoring/ approving change in a timely fashion
  • Identify trends and root causes of deviations from baseline, reporting effectively any remedial actions in order to drive best value for the client
  • Pre and post-contract duties including preparation of cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variation, final account, etc.
  • Taking responsibility for timely and accurate financial reporting and valuations
  • Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages
  • Participate effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes
  • Carrying out the production of monthly cost reports for presentation to the client
  • Compiling as built cost estimate records for benchmarking purposes
  • Ability to manage and prioritise more than one project at a time

Qualifications

  • 7- 10 years Project Controls experience specifically cost
  • Role to be based out of Maryland or New Jersey
