Job Description

  • Development and implemention of the quality management system.
  • Managing and coordinating the project quality programme/plan activities.
  • Defining and implementing quality system tools and procedures to support work processes.
  • Supports the Project Manager in approving PMCM quality management system and associated implementation organization.
  • Supervises and participates in the project auditing and monitoring program to verify the effectiveness of the project quality program/plan.
  • Reviews project schedules for quality‑related activities to ensure timely and effective implementation of the project quality plan requirements.
  • Responsible for development and administration of the construction quality control inspection program.
  • Defining and implementing quality system tools and procedures to support work processes.

Qualifications

  • Technical knowledge in the application of engineering, environmental science, procurement, construction, testing, operations, or decommissioning practices.
  • Broad knowledge of the quality principles and their application.
  • Knowledge of the application of corrective actions to reconcile nonconforming conditions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and functions which impact the quality program/plan.
  • Fluent English language skills, oral and written.
  • Thorough knowledge of construction activities.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a team-based environment.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Management or related area.
