Main Purpose: 

• Support commission manager in managing Quantification and preparation of rate analysis by getting the quotation from the market and preparing the master rate list of the quotation received.
• Support commission lead in delivering the commission within agreed timelines and desired quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Quantity take off from tender drawings and GFC drawings.
• Verification of quantities in Contractor’s Running Account Bills.
• Validation of Change request from the Contractors.
• Preparation of Joint measurement record with Contractors.
• Dealing effectively with post contract cost variances and the change control processes, where applicable referring major changes to line manager
• Taking personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects and in all cases ensuring that timely and accurate cost checking and valuation takes place. #LI-HT1

• 3 - 7 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role
• B.E/B.Tech - Civil
• Proven cost and/or commercial management experience, ideally within a consultancy environment
