Due to a growing demand for our consultancy services we are seeking to recruit individuals with dashboard development, business analysis, process & data mapping, data analysis, Power BI and data warehouse skillsets to join our specialist Turner & Townsend Digital team. The role involves supporting a wide range of projects of all sizes and dimensions, and we are seeking an individual with a strong track record of delivery data and analytics projects.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Understand client’s data and systems
• Map out end-to-end data processes and data flows
• Develop wireframes, proof-of-concepts or specifications of dashboards
• Develop dashboards Power BI to support data-driven decision making
• Evaluate, design, implement and manage database solutions
• Extract and integrate large datasets from multiple sources.
• Setup and maintain automated reporting processes
• Provide technical expertise in delivering business requirements

• Consulting and business analysis skills (e.g. MoSCoW method) to understand client’s requirements
• Experience in Agile delivery methodology
• Produce functional and non-functional specification
• Understand and design business intelligence and reporting architecture
• Experience in Power BI and MS SQL Server environment
• Experience or strong familiarity with ETL and data warehouse implementation
• Ability to develop and present clear and insightful reports to stakeholders

DESIRABLE SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Degree educated or equivalent experience in a technical subject
•  Strong analytical skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Advanced Excel and VBA skills
