Responsibilities:

• Manage the onboarding process in line with internal policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with Recruitment and HR teams for effective onboarding program framework.
• Oversee visa processing in coordination with PROs.
• Create a new user in the HR system and update the payroll system with the new joiner’s details.
• Update and maintain relevant HR Trackers.
• Conduct inductions for New Recruits.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as an onboarding specialist or in a similar HR role.
• Good working knowledge of HR practices and UAE labor legislation.
• The ability to work with sensitive and confidential information.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
