Job Description

Turner & Townsend is looking for a motivated, hands-on Junior Consultant Assistant to work on an array of projects within the Business Generation team. We are looking for a team player with a positive can-do attitude. You must have strong time management and communication skills. This is a key role, supporting the business in achieving our ambitious growth plans. The successful candidate must be fluent in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.

As a Junior Consultant within Business Generation, you lead, drive and support business generation activities in a way which promotes both the profile of the organisation and enables revenue growth.

We work on projects of all sizes from one-off developments to mega-programmes, planning the future development of data centres to the construction of iconic buildings. We cover everything from leading teams, planning works, tracking progress and business case delivery to bringing assets into use. What this means for your development is that there is no shortage of new experiences – from working as part of a large team to learning and improving our business generation strategy and methodologies.

Key responsibilities

  • Support teams in creation of up to date case studies & CVs
  • Maintain & update Capability Statements
  • Support bids, ensuring our BtW process is successfully adhered to
  • Support with CMD data entering (our CRM system)
  • Production of high quality capability statements/company presentations
  • Coordinate New Wins and update monthly tracker for GBG
  • Develop internal communications on New Wins with project leads, to be shared across the business and at global level, as appropriate
  • Lead on all ad hoc internal comms requests including video production for AGM or other, IWD input etc
  • Provide support regarding awards, media relations, social media and associated profile raising activities.
  • Complete merchandise orders.
  • Oversee and manage CMD compliance.

Qualifications

  • 1 to 3 years of experience working in a corporate enviroment.
  • Agile - Able and eager to provide hands-on, tactical and strategic advisory support.
  • Effective and efficient - Able to prioritise and manage multiple and tight deadlines; able to lead meetings effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Drive - Agile and able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong communicator - Fluent English and Dutch language skills. Strong copywriting skills and ability to identify, shape and articulate key messages.
  • Sound ability to engage with and influence senior stakeholders and external contacts.
  • Skilled - Excellent Microsoft office skills and eye for good document layout and graphic design.
