Job Description

Main purpose :

  • Leading the cost management team and support the project team in costing and budgeting .
  • Support Project director in delivering the commission within agreed timelines and desired quality

Key responsibilities

  • Preparation of Budget and tracking of the same till completion of project.
  • Preparation of cash flow and submission of tracker to client.
  • Submission of campus finance report / Cost report
  • Preparation of PTE and supporting the client procurement team in negotiating with contractor / Supplier.
  • Preparation of comparative statement and advice the client in selection of vendors.
  • Providing the budgetary estimate for the change orders due to change in the design.
