Job Description

Turner & Townsend is looking for an ambitious Associate Director for our German business with the possibility to be based out of Munich, Frankfurt or Berlin.

You will take a leading role within our Germany Real Estate Cost Management team, working across Developer, Occupier, Industrial and Tech clients. You will be self-motivated and driven by the goal of establishing Turner & Townsend as the #1 Consultancy.  In this key position you will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the team, embedding and promoting the values of Turner & Townsend. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor or Associate Director to take the next step in their career.

This role requires a commitment to relocate to Germany for a minimum 3 year period.

Qualifications

  • A proven track record of delivering high quality cost management/quantity surveying services across the full project lifecycle
  • Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
  • Degree or HNC level qualification
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
  • Some German language skills or exposure or interest to learn
  • Interest to relocate to Germany for a minimum 3 year period
