Job Description

 

Turner & Townsend is seeking an experienced Program Manager to help our key technology client achieve their program aspirations to drive high level strategy development, communications efficiency, and innovation within the real estate construction environment. You will work within a team of professional consultants with a focus on service excellence and stakeholder management.

The Program Manager will report into the District Director and will be part of the Real Estate Development team. This individual will work independently and as part of a larger, cross-functional team.

 

Job Description:

  • Strategic partner to Senior Client Leadership who is responsible for headcount of over 50 people.
  • Oversee project delivery and provide routine executive-level reporting to key stakeholders.
  • Prepare, compile and distribute minutes, reports and presentations where required.
  • Proactively maintain calendar where required. Arrange and schedule meetings.
  • Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Provide program-level recommendations that require Leadership approval and/or input.
  • Raise program-level issues, risks, and dependencies.
  • Ability to manage multiply activities and duties at one time.
  • Interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
  • Overall management, coordination and delivery of program and initiatives.
  • Ensure project teams and partners are advised of program-level updates.
  • Demonstrated success in running multiple projects, priorities and people. concurrently in a fast-paced, high-growth and results driven environment.
  • Positive, can-do and motivational presence, and the ability to be solution driven in exciting situations while still delivering optimal results.
  • Sound written and verbal communication, excellent planning, execution and follow-up skills, in addition to analytical skills.
  • Flexible and able to react professionally and efficiently to changes in schedules or project direction without sacrificing productivity.
  • Able to develop relationships quickly. Trusted partner that is someone others want to work with.
  • Dedication to the delivery of consistent and unparalleled customer experience.
  • Ability to stay up to date with the latest processes, procedures, and technology.
  • Self-starter who possesses outstanding leadership skills and pays attention. to detail. Must act independently to prioritize and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

 

  • Great time management skills. Ensure that the district is managed to the right quality standards, completed efficiently and on time.
  • Ability to build solid working relationships with clients and cross-functional team members.
  • Experienced working as an effective team member within the context of delivering a specific commission.
  • Key information and data is effectively shared and appropriately retained.
  • 3-5 years Experience in Real Estate Development.
