An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join our busy and expanding Durban office.

The role will require the successful candidate to provide Cost Consultancy and Quantity Surveying services to clients across a range of sectors including residential and commercial office developments and occupiers.

The candidate will be expected to assist the team with delivering client instructions, engaging directly with the client and designers and reporting into a Senior QS or Associate Director.

Must possess the relevant degree and practical experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the commercial property market

Should have at least 3 years’ experience as a Quantity Surveyor and be registered as a candidate

Should have experience in residential developments, commercial offices and/ or commercial fit out
