Job Description

The Senior Project Controller will work with the project leadership with responsibilities that will include the commercial disciplines of Cost, Revenue, Planning and Scheduling, Risk, Administration, Fiscal Integrity, Change Management, Estimating, Contract Business process compliance and maximizing margin, project stakeholder’s interface, facilitation and resolution of issues that may impact project objectives.

We are seeking applications from highly experienced Project Controllers with a Life Sciences sector background.

Flemish/Dutch Language skills are highly advantageous. 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Client management, integration and interface for Home Office and Site / Operations and Enterprise team.
  • Provide assurance to the company that controls as a discipline will provide improved certainty of project outcomes from initial estimate to project close out. Forecasting accuracy and EVM will be a key part of success measures to achieve this.

Key elements: 

  • Provide comprehensive, reliable data analysis and strategic information for the Project Management
  • Identify the trends and provide summary analysis and risk evaluation for the Project
  • Define responsibilities, plan and manage the project services discipline for the project
  • Coordinate with the Site Leadership and Global Controls Leadership / Enterprise teams globally.
  • Measure and ensure project services quality compliance and best practice for the project
  • Coordinate, Issue and manage adherence to the global standards, procedures and documentation
  • Partner with the Project Director and Managers in the proactive identification, evaluation, and monitoring of risk and opportunity in the project management environment, including risk mitigation planning and execution of risk management.
