Job Description

We are looking to hire a Talent Sourcer who will oversee each interview stage by partnering with our recruitment team to develop talent pipelines. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who has an ambitious attitude about searching for talent. This individual must be willing to work in a team environment supporting multiple stakeholders, remain productive with limited supervision and be comfortable producing under tight deadlines.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Creation of candidate pipelines utilizing social media, database tools, and networking to support the recruitment team on searches
  • Source and screen candidates from on-line databases, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals for multiple requisitions
  • Schedule interviews for the recruitment team and hiring managers
  • Initiate background and reference checks for selected candidates
  • Maintain applicant tracking system
  • Post and manage job postings on internal and external sites
  • Manage the offer process, including creating and routing offer letters for approval
  • Analyze and track team metrics
  • Manage university recruitment events – to include registration, target university campaigning, candidate management, interview facilitation, and university relations.
  • Manage immigration posting requirements, review resumes, and complete documentation requirements
  • Support ad hoc projects to support the recruitment process
  • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives
  • Complete the annual reporting requirements for our Company’s Affirmative Action Plan.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in recruitment, staffing or human resources
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field, preferred
  • Experience prioritizing high volume, high priority tasks and be able to respond quickly
  • Knowledge of recruitment software – including online recruitment sites (LinkedIn, Indeed & Monster)
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Proactive personality to constantly learn and improve processes to increase efficiency
  • Meticulous organizational skills with ability to tactfully create call-to-action
  • Ability to exercise judgement and discretion with sensitive and confidential information
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills (especially in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint applications)
