Perform the role of the Consultant, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery, to provide PPP/TA and financial advice on a number of infrastructure projects in or near Amsterdam.

Taking responsibility for key tasks, often with respect to large or complex commissions, support in acting as the client interface, ensuring that client objectives are met through the delivery of a value added advisory service.

Consultant, to include:

To provide specialist / expert advice to clients on:

• Financial reviews and advisory;
• Risk management;
• Technical advisory services;
• Project management; and
• Project performance management.

To manage the delivery of assignments related to financial advice, lenders advisory and technical advisory due diligence.

Marketing and business development, to include:

• Identifying opportunities to develop new business with existing clients and reporting such opportunities to the appropriate line manager and by marketing use of the marketing;
• Assisting in the production of bid documentation;
• Ensuring that project case study, photograph and project CV files are kept up to date;
• Identifying ways in which cost management procedures, templates and products can be improved and referring ideas to the appropriate line manager;

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a consultancy or contractor organisation Knowledgeable in collaborative working practices
• Confident, approachable and patient delivery style
• Competent to present alone and to work as part of a senior training delivery team
• A proven background in driving new and existing business development opportunities
• Confident in managing multiple stakeholder requirements
