Turner & Townsend is looking for a Construction Manager to coordinate and supervise the implementation and realisation of a real estate project in Luleå.

• Oversee the construction of the project up to its completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and evaluate extra costs when requested
• Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and required safety regulations
• Coordinate the construction workers and subcontractors
• Track physical progress, cross evaluating with cost and schedule plans
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare periodic internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
• Ensure quality construction standards

• Between 5 and 10 years of experience on construction management
• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Experience in fit outs preferable
• Knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
• Knowledge of construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
• Excellent time and project management skills
• BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field
