Job Description

Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor responsible for post contract administration, of a number of Consultancy and Construction Contracts to a major infrastructure development programme.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Monitoring and processing Variation Orders and Addenda; Final Accounts for Consultants and Contractors; Drafting and maintaining periodic commercial and Contractual reports; Drafting Weekly and Monthly Reports
  • Co-ordination with Package Managers, Consultants and Contractors
  • Preparation of monthly and weekly reports
  • Reporting on contract administration performance of Consultants and Contractors

Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE

  • BSc degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • 5+ years post graduate experience
  • Minimum 3 years of experience on infrastructure projects of value $50M or greater
  • Must be accredited with Ministry of Municipality (MME) - Grade A
  • Previous experience in the Middle East is necessary
  • Experienced user of MS Office, advanced MS Excel user
  • Fluent English both written and spoken
