Job Description

  • To support Project Management Commissions, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards.
  • To manage and lead the move activities to support restack and any fit out related activities.
  • To support the tracking and updating on the risk, change register with consultants/contractors and key project stakeholder.
  • To support handover of project to client's FM team
  • To support VO closeout and final account statement
  • To support financial closure memo and project close-out report
  • To conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
  • To establish effective processes and systems to be utilised throughout the project
  • To produce project plans
  • To monitor and document project progress and other performance indicators
  • To track and document changes
  • To prepare written project communication materials
  • To prepare formal project progress and other reports
  • To liaise with the client, contractors and designers
  • To attend meetings and draft minutes

Qualifications

  • Degree in Project Management or Engineering disciplines 
  • Between 3-6 years’ relevant experience, preferably in the delivery of corporate fit out projects.
  • Those with experience in as a design engineer with engineering consultancies on fit out projects in the high tech manufacturing, data center or corporate fit out sector welcomed to apply. 
  • Experience and knowledge of all of the main project management concepts, tools and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced and high pressure environment, to meet often tight deadlines, and to work pro-actively as part of a committed team
