We are seeking the ideal Program Manager to help our client achieve their program aspirations to drive efficiency and innovation within the Data Center environment. You will work within a team of professional business consultants with a focus on service excellence and stakeholder management.

The Program Manager will be supporting one of the largest technology companies in the world to deliver its global data center program. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing consulting and support services at the program-level to the Delivery Strategy and Business Processes team. Responsibilities include support in the development of Delivery Strategy and Business Processes definition and implementation across functional RACI, business signal development/implementation, project intake assessments, E2E process flow mapping, planning risk and change implementation

Job Description

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Advanced knowledge in project management and project controls best practices and applications.
  • Formulate business processes that would help the program team in improving project delivery.
  • Manage stakeholders, including Regional Program Managers, Design Execution, Construction, Project Controls Group, and more. 
  • Oversee quality control of set processes and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure proper implementation. 
  • Develop and oversee delivery program reporting to key stakeholders and program governance, including planning metrics and KPIs.
  • Develop program improvement initiatives and asks.

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field.
  • Minimum of 8 years of project controls experience on major projects and programs.
  • Minimum of 5 years of onsite construction management experience. 
  • Proven record of successfully implementing processes and procedures on major projects or programs.
  • Proficiency in reporting systems and tools - Google Suite, Tableau, Data Studio 
  • Excellent communicator with various stakeholders including high-level management.

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to supervise team members.
  • Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work in a team environment or independently.
  • Be able to bring innovation to existing processes and procedures.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to visually present data. 
  • A good understanding of standard forms of contract.


Desirable:

 

  • Master's degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or a related technical field
  • Accreditation by AACE, PMI, or similar associations
