-   10+years CAS/Fit-out background

-   Strong technique skills, as well as soft skills i.e. presenting, communication etc.

-   Proficient MS Office skills

-   Preferably above Bachelor degree

-   Preferably MRICS/ Registered cost engineer

-   Preferably foreign/local QS firm experience

-   Preferably in a lead role before

Moderate English skill, preferably can work in English conversation（not compulsory）
