Job Description

  • Associate Director who will manage multiple projects .
  • Works within the Cost Management team as a leader, managing cost management professionals within larger teams and delivering successful solutions for clients.
  • Support the management direction and leadership of the Cost Management stream and are accountable for key account management and other business development related activity.
  • Subject matter expert for Civil work stream and working experience in MEP stream.
  • Will be a part of the Senior Management team (SMT) for the region.
  • Provide leadership to the team leaders within cost management and provide leadership and mentoring to the cost management team.
  • Ensure all key staff members within the cost management teams have current and relevant training.
  • Manage the delivery of cost management team outputs in accordance with agreed time-scales and quality standards.
  • Manage independently one of vertical for the region ( Service Delivery/ HR), contribute in Business development, response to RFP, client interview etc.

Qualifications

  • Education - B.E/B.Tech/B.Arch (Civil)
  • You should have relevant experience of working preferably for a construction consultancy in India/abroad, hold a graduate degree preferably in Cost Management and possesses good technical skills.
  • 15-20 years’ work experience with demonstrated career growth graph Fit out experience is must from Civil background.
  • Experience in multiple sub sectors within the property projects will be added advantage.
  • People management experience, particularly in the context of managing a cost management team delivering a project.
  • Leader, Client facing capability, Good communicator
  • Good understanding and relationship in local market.
