Job Responsibilities

Support the department director for the respective project stream in:

  • Development of the planning and feasibility of potential projects working with various internal and external stakeholders   
  • Responsible for developing and managing the procurement strategy leading and developing the tender documents and RFP process for the appointment of technical consultants and vendors.  
  • Responsible to successfully managing and delivering MEP element of the projects, along with the interfaces and coordination required between the fit out and technical services and any specialist systems     
  • Responsible to manage and lead all the details of a project provide the needed direction , guidance to the team members support He/she from a technical and engineering prospective
  • Responsible in leading, developing and managing - the programme, risk, changes , stakeholder engagement on behalf of the client from the project start to finish, with a good understanding and use of  the core PM tools and systems
  • Responsible for project progress reports on behalf of the client reporting into senior management and stakeholders.
  • Responsible for tracking , recording and managing progress and quality of the construction site along with handover and close out
  • Stakeholder management - Ability and experience in managing upstream and downstream stakeholders
  • Demonstrating a track record of Contract & procurement management of similar project.

Skills / Experience Required

  • Degree qualifications in mechanical/electrical engineering, construction or project management
  • Between 8-12 years’ experience working in Singapore and delivering MEP corporate fit out projects
  • Ability and experience in developing a high level programme to support the business case along with a good understanding of Construction Planning at a micro level of the MEP scope and services.
  • Demonstrating good track record and capability in leading, developing and managing - the programme, risk, changes , stakeholder engagement on behalf of the client from the project start to finish, with a good understanding and use of  the core PM tools and systems
  • Experience with Project close out ensuring as build drawings, operating manuals and guarantees were copied to the building management and occupier.
  • Good understanding of local Singapore codes and approvals process
  • Demonstrating experience and track record in coordinating and overseeing the construction of interiors, alterations to air conditioning systems, electrical services and fire protection systems
  • Demonstrated good understanding and experience of the tools like MSP, P6, AutoCAD, Microsoft office.
