• Issuance management & delivery of the prequalification, request for quotation (RFQ’s) / invitations to tender (ITT) & commercial bid evaluation (CBE) process for various services to be subcontracted – including shipyard services, topsides module fabrication, classification services, general & process safety studies, etc.
• Participate in negotiations and drafting of contracts for services & preparation of internal approval sheet / briefing note to obtain various levels of internal approval pre-award of contracts to subcontractors / vendors / suppliers.
• Overall contracts management & administration – including, but not limited to the following:

1. Drafting and / or review and approval of contract notices, amendments, change requests / change orders (as applicable), warranty claims;
2. Commercial & contractual analysis of change notices leading to potential change orders and, where applicable, negotiation, preparation & execution of negotiated / agreed change orders;
3. Tracking & issuance of required contract notices as well as certificates;
4. Procuring and keeping abreast of validity of contractually required performance and / or warranty guarantee instruments eg bank guarantees, stand-by letters of credit;
5. Checking of invoices received from subcontractors / vendors / suppliers issued for contracted services;
6. Management of claims and / or disputes – requiring the coordination between various disciplines ie. Engineering, Construction, Project Management, Project Controls, etc.

• Negotiation, preparation & issuance of Technical Services Agreements and / or Work Orders for services required on the project.
• Updating & maintaining the Project Subcontract Plan and Project Work Orders Log.
• Assisting with review and administration of the intercompany Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Installation (EPCI) subcontract on the project vis-à-vis the interaction of the same with the intercompany Pre-Operations (Pre-OPS) subcontract.
• Assisting with review and administration of Client Contracts (Charter and Operations & Maintenance Contracts) – as it pertains to delivery of the project and / or the intercompany EPCI & Pre-OPS subcontracts,
• Ad hoc assistance to the procurement function on the project to help review vendor / supplier requested deviations from the General Terms & Conditions to the standard Purchase Order.

• Degree in any engineering disciplines, quantity surveying, construction management, commerce or equivalent
• Minimum 5 – 10 years' experience in related fields
• Relevant experience in offshore EPCI, Marine / Maritime, EPCI Project Management / Construction, Management Consultancy.
• Takes ownership of deliverables with the ability to work independently or as part of a wider group.
• High proficient at MS office suite of applications.
• Team player with excellent leadership and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiation, influence and persuade others
