• Develop, implement and maintain a robust Supplier Performance Management strategy.  
• Drive supplier performance improvement through data analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project support.
• Develop coordinated, proactive engagement with key strategic suppliers.
• Proactively measure supplier performance and assurance, and report regularly on supplier benchmarks, performance, compliance and risks.
• Engage with the supply chain at all levels in order to create long term productive relationships, innovation and alignment with CAP goals.
• Develop and implement a Supplier Performance Framework and handbook.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Supply Chain/Procurement/Vendor Management/Supply Chain Consulting or related area.
• Experience and understanding of working in construction project environments.
• Demonstrable experience of working in a structured process environment.
• Strong experience of developing, managing and operating Supplier Relationship Management models
• Previous experience of 3rd party vendor management
• Ability to engage major capital programme, large scale complex supply chains at a senior level
• Ability to influence effectively and build constructive working relationships across the business
• A proactive team player.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
