• Support the Commission Manager in the management of the commission.
• Collaborating with the overall cross-functional project team
• Check contracts for services for commissions under your control are in place with all clients/sub-consultants in line with group policy.
• Helping to establish the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters.
• Project planning, including advising the production of the detailed project plan.
• Help advising upon the procurement of resources –design and construction.
• Monitoring and applying performance management techniques, including the use of KPI’s to improve project performance.
• Set up and managing the change control process.
• Monitoring and advising upon project finances/budgets.
• Assist managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
• Manage and monitor design team in accordance with commission scope.
• Manage and monitor contractor in accordance with commission scope.

• Between 2-5 years of experience as a project manager/site management in construction.
• Is used to having several balls in the air and is structured in your work procedure.
• Like customer contact.
• Is used to working in Excel.
• Speaks as a basis one of these languages; Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish or Danish and English.
• Is willing to travel in the Nordic countries but with the starting point from our Stockholm Office (day trips about 2-3 times/month).
• Meritorious is also if you: Have experience from architectural offices or as a project manager.
