Job Description

Position Summary:

  • Provides support to the WIC program through reception duties such as answering phones and scheduling appointments, file management, certification, and check printing/processing.
  • This position is also responsible for notifications, computer operations and quality assurance.

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent with Associates degree preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 1-2 years experience working in a general healthcare or community office environment.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
  • Must enjoy working with the public.
