ARE YOU LOOKING FOR A DYNAMIC TEAM ENVIRONMENT?  COME JOIN OUR HIGHLY SKILLED REHABILITATION TEAM AND BE PART OF SOMETHING SPECIAL.  WE ARE LOOKING FOR HIGHLY DRIVEN THERAPISTS TO PROVIDE EXCEPTIONAL PATIENT CARE IN THE COMMUNITIES WE SERVE.  WE CURRENTLY HAVE OUTPATIENT, INPATIENT AND SENIOR POSITIONS AVAILABLE!                                                                                                

THIS IS AN OUTPATIENT POSITION

Sign on bonus up to $5,000 - The Physical Therapist evaluates and treats patients at a highly developed, advanced level with a wide variety of disabilities in the inpatient and/or outpatient settings as their specialized training indicates. The PT has advanced education/training in evaluating and treating all age groups to help patients achieve a maximum level of function using various therapeutic exercises, activities, modalities and skills. The PT is responsible for documenting all age appropriate patient care treatments in the medical record to comply with the policy and procedures of the department, organization and JCAHO requirements. 

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

BS or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy, MA license. CPR certified.

EXPERIENCE:

Preferred: 6+ years of clinical experience

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Good interpersonal, communication skills, ability to develop treatment plans.
