Job Description

  • Responsible for complete operation of the Switchboard. 
  • The position supports all communication around internal code announcements, Plus messaging first responders through over-head paging and other messaging methods with the use of Spok Intellidesk application.
  • The switchboard monitors many critical alarms and needs to communicate the problem to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

EXPERIENCE:

  • One year experience operating a switchboard in a health care institution preferred.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

  • Good interpersonal skills.

SCHEDULE:

  • Saturday, Sunday 3 - 11 pm, Mon, Tues, Wed 3 - 11 pm
