The Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse will provide professional nursing care working with internal medicine practice in a safe clinic setting.  The nurse will have excellent communication skills and documentation skills for the electronic medical records. Ability to work with a team of providers and medical assistants to provide excellent outpatient care and follow-up care with patients. Provides physical care and emotional support to patients and families. The role will consist of daily patient engagement, nurse visits, injections, BP and phone triage responsibilities.

Flexible schedule, ideally for 2-4 days/week. No weekends!! This float position will cover a leave of absence in our clinic and will remain a per diem to assist in nurse coverage throughout Tufts Medical Center Community Care (TMCCC) with an opportunity to experience and learn in the many specialties within our system.

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Registration and current license in the state of MA required.
• Strong clinical experience in a comparable setting; outpatient, urgent care. Strong clinical and triage skills necessary.
