Job Description

Under the direction of the Site Lead and Business Manager, the Intake Coordinator will be responsible for processing all intake calls and inquiries regarding outpatient behavioral health services at MWHC. Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor are essential to this important role.

Qualifications

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or a related field preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a psychiatric practice setting in either direct care, marketing/community relations and/or admitting.

SKILLS/ABILITIES:

Patient, organized, attention to detail, follow-up with multiple conflicting demands.  Flexible with diverse information.  Maintains positive interpersonal skills.
