Job Description

Under the direction of the Course Coordinator, assists in the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of the course according to the philosophy and goals of the Program, the criteria of the ACEN and Regulations of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Nursing

Qualifications

  • This position is for a medical surgical nurse with recent acute med surg experience.
  • Must have Masters degree in Nursing, or be currently enrolled in an MSN program, current RN license in Commonwealth of Massachusetts, and current BLS certification.
  • Requires four to five years of progressively responsible nursing experience including a minimum of two years clinical experience and two years teaching experience preferred  within the past five years. Requires current medical-surgical acute care experience.
  • Demonstrated management, teaching and interpersonal skills in directing and supporting the faculty and students.

Additional Information

This is a clinical adjunct hourly position for the medical surgical course. The candidate must have current, acute care experience
