We’re looking for a Client Success Manager to join our expanding Americas Sales and Business Development team. Based in Lima, Peru, Mexico City or Lakeland, Florida you will be part of a team responsible for scaling Trustonic’s large, enterprise clients in the Americas and driving revenue growth. Travel is expected to represent a significant proportion of time.

Job Description

A bit about the team and what you'll deliver...

The Americas sales and business development team is responsible for creating new business opportunities, establishing and nurturing customer relationships and delivering customer solutions all across the Americas.

Reporting to our VP Sales, Americas we are looking for a customer-focused Client Success Manager who can easily integrate themselves to the client opportunities of the Americas.

As a Client Success Manager, you will deliver: 

  • Growth in existing, contracted accounts by driving Telecoms Platform license consumption and business care expansion.
  • Strategic relationships with key business stakeholders to create long-term partnerships with our clients.  
  • Appropriate products/services to clients that meet their needs to drive ROI from the Telecoms Platform.
  • Strategic account plans and growth execution for a set of assigned large enterprise accounts- Mobile Network Operators and large Retailers.
  • Client quarterly business reviews and gaining customer buy-in for new projects to expand the use of the Telecoms Platform for mobile device financing and supply chain protection.
  • Customer and market insight to support the development of the wider go-to-market strategy.
  • Translated market feedback and collated data and information to provide guidance for our product strategies.
  • Insight, support and collaboration across the Americas team to maximise sales opportunities.

Qualifications

What makes you, you...

Experience

  • Preferred experience in Mobility products (mobile devices, mobile services, mobile software)
  • Demonstrable Client Success experience at a Technology company
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Hands-on experience with driving revenue growth

Languages

  • English, both written and spoken
  • Spanish, both written and spoken

Qualifications

  • Degree, MBA or relevant experience

Knowledge:

  • Must have a strong understanding of the mobile device ecosystem, service providers, and mobile app protection
  • Must have a strong understanding of cloud-based platforms

Technical skills: 

  • Strong sales and refined negotiation skills with the ability to foster relationships, assess partnership viability, work through complex client organizations
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to speak effectively to any audience- written and conversational fluency in Spanish and English
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations
  • A natural self-starter who can work effectively on their own taking ownership of important accounts
  • A team player with strong persuasion skills able to drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
