Job Description

We’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our expanding Solutions Delivery team. Based in Singapore you will be part of a team responsible for commercial delivery across our three products. 

The Solutions Delivery Team is at the heart of the business, customer centric and accountable for the initial customer on-boarding through to the commercial delivery (in-life) of our 3 product lines: Telecoms Platform, Secure Platform, Application Security and Professional Services.

As Solutions Delivery Manager you will be responsible for customer solutions delivery within territory related to our product lines. This involves close interaction with the customer, sales, product, engineering, QA, architecture, PMO, legal, finance and senior management.

Reporting to our Solution Delivery Director we are looking for a customer-focused Technical Project Manager who can easily integrate themselves to the business.

As a Technical Project Manager, you will deliver: 

  • timely, inclusive and enagaging project kick-offs
  • project scopes, objectives and timelines for projects you own
  • defined functional and technical requirements, gathering these with the Solution Architects
  • full end to end project management including project planning, prioritization, risk management, time to value tracking, stakeholder and milestone/deadline management. Providing regular project updates
  • considered resource planning to ensure on-time delivery and project objectives are achieved, which includes managing/co-ordinating internal and external resource availability
  • an inspiring communication plan that effectively manages clients expectations both internal/external
  • customer roadmaps including change requests, training, and support collateral and in-life set up – liaising with sales, product managers, legal, PMO, engineering and support, to translate and execute these

What makes you, you…

Experience

  • experience in a lead solution delivery / project management role ideally in the mobile, semiconductor, or internet security industry.
  • demonstrable customer facing experience, planning for, and executing multiple complex customer rollouts and can do so using a limited number of resources
  • familiar with complex technologies landscapes and security software

Languages

  • fluent English and Chinese (Mandarin), both written and spoken

Qualifications

  • undergraduate degree or equivalent level of skill, experience and knowledge

Knowledge:

  • awareness of security software
  • knowledge of software development lifecycle
  • knowledge of PRINCE 2/PMBOK /Six Sigma

Technical skills: 

  • strong interpersonal communication skills with expertise in distilling complicated topics to a broader internal and external audience
  • strong influencing and negotiation/mediation skills
  • ability to motivate and drive focus for internal/external people not under direct reporting

Desirable skills: 

  • use of Wrike or similar project management tools
  • use of recent version of Microsoft Office tools
  • use of JIRA
