Job Description
Truewerk is looking for a Supply Chain Coordinator based in Denver, Colorado with excellent analytical skills and attention to detail. Our ideal candidate will have previous exposure to or a strong interest in manufactured goods, and may have recent experience in the outdoor or technical apparel industry.
As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in managing and optimizing our supply chain process to help ensure efficient operations. You’ll work closely with our logistics partners and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and resolve any issues that may arise. Key to your success will be your persistent attention to detail, strong aptitude for numbers, and endless drive for accuracy.
This position calls for thoughtful influence within the organization and beyond, and candidates should have experience navigating conversations with internal and external partners. The Supply Chain Coordinator reports directly to the Director of Planning & Inventory and works closely with Purchasing, Product Development, and Marketing.
The position is based in Denver, CO with flexibility to work remotely based on business needs.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $50,000 per year base salary, plus bonus
What you’ll do
Master the Flow: Become a NetSuite guru by managing purchase orders and shipments, ensuring data is always accurate and up-to-date.
SKU Savvy: Create and manage SKUs like a pro so that everything flows smoothly from raw materials to the finished product.
Data Dynamo: Keep our supply chain on track by uploading crucial data, correcting discrepancies, and keeping things running like a well-oiled machine.
Shipping Superhero: Track shipments, resolve any hiccups, and keep stakeholders in the loop with real-time updates.
Collaborative Powerhouse: Team up with Accounting, Sales Ops, and logistics partners to tackle issues, manage production data, and ensure timely delivery.
Learning Enthusiast: Stay sharp by mastering NetSuite and Google Sheets, and assist with various projects, constantly improving processes and communication across teams.
Qualifications
Experience
- Must have: 1+ years working as a Supply Chain Analyst, Coordinator, Specialist, Planner, or in similar roles.
- Experience with tangible goods (hardgoods or softgoods) with specific exposure to manufactured or assembled products highly preferred.
- A background built on the acquisition of skills and development of knowledge required to solve real-world business problems.
- Experience in the outdoor industry or with technical apparel a bonus.
- Familiarity, personal experience, or a passion for the skilled trades a plus.
Technical Skills
- Must have: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets.
- Bonus: Prior Netsuite experience or familiarity with another ERP or similar software.
- Strong project management skills. Experience with Monday a plus.
- Familiarity with Google Workplace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.)

Work Location and Travel
- Employees work a hybrid schedule and are required to commute to our Denver headquarters periodically.
- All team members should have interest and ability to occasionally visit customers, partners, and industry events.
