Job Description

As an Agile Project Manager, you will:

·Ensure technical integrity and successful delivery of Microsoft and custom solutions across federal and commercial environments.

·Be responsible for project coordination including planning and implementing content across all workflows

·Ensure that security, risk and compliance requirements were met.

This role requires a strong focus on customer service with demonstrated organizational and communications skills, which will be essential to delivering software and/or infrastructure initiatives on time and within budget. You will work directly with clients throughout the Project lifecycle (SDLC) from inception to delivery to validate that the solution is properly scoped, documented, designed, implemented, and tested to meet our client's business needs.

NOTE:  This is a highly visible role which requires an individual with the business analysis skills, technical implementation experience and leadership abilities to transform business needs, contribute to the progression of the project and help build a high-performance delivery team.

Qualifications

Responsibilities:

·Successful completion of end-to-end SDLC Project work, including all work products

· Manage the scope, resources, timelines, costs/budget, quality, communication, and procurements to meet the goals

·Organize and facilitate Agile and Scrum project management ideals and methods and use metrics to communicate status and facilitate continuous improvement

  • Define product roadmap and create backlog in conjunction with product owner and key stakeholders.
  • Author User Stories based on requirements gathered from all Stakeholders and coordinate with Stakeholders to finalize designs and formalize requirements and priorities. Complete product demonstrations, retrospectives, and resolve action items. Assist Product Owner with Backlog maintenance.
  • Collaborate with the Team, Architect, and product owner to ensure correctness of features and design.
  • Resolve conflicts, improve confidence, and establish clear goals by effectively managing timelines and shared resources with special emphasis on building relationships.

Establish and maintain a strong client relationship by managing expectations throughout process

QUALIFICATIONS:

·Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

·Must possess a Secret or higher government security clearance

·Experience on federal projects, preferably Department of Defense; familiar with Azure or Cloud project implementations

·Agile Certification (Scrum Alliance CSM, PMI-ACP, or Scaled Agile Academy)

·7 years of experience in various facets of project management.

·Knowledgeable in applications of Scrum, Waterfall, and Agile methodologies.

·Skilled in developing processes that facilitate continual progress and team achievement.

·Experience with SharePoint, Dynamics, O365 upgrades and implementations

·Adept in leading projects of various sizes with excellent ability to multi-task

·Able to provide Innovative problem-solving skills and experience

·Excellent written and spoken communication skills

·Strong governance fundamentals, communications, planning, and executive presence.

Additional Information

Must have an active Secret or higher clearance, active PMP, and Scrum Certifications
