True Tandem is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager for a great Software Development Project who must have SDLC (Software Dev. Lifecycle) and logistics project experience and know NIST SP 800-63. Candidate will be responsible for overall IT development and Contract performance. 

Candidates with strong DevOps experience must have also supervised large IT system implementation Projects and IT Project staff. The Senior PM will oversee or provide:

• Designing and planning analysis for deployment and logistic reporting systems to include functions, such as:
• Equipment logistics, casualty estimates, planning, COOP, 
• Have worked on Projects requiring CMMI 3 Experience for Development and CMMI 2 for Services.

Candidate must know and fully understand utilization of: Fortify Suite, SharePoint 2016 Admin and Engineering , MS project 2013, Visio, Visual Studio 2015, C#, .NET, ASP.net, TFS 2015, Office, Adobe Design and Web Premium, JavaScript and jQuery.

NOTE: Candidates must already possess a U.S. Government Clearance Level of Top Secret-SCI (Therefore, you must currently be a US citizen)!!

Candidates must be able to work in Arlington, VA, at the client site. (This is not a remote working position!) 

REQUIREMENTS:

Required Clearance:  Dept. of Defense Top Secret/SCI (Candidates must already possess this U.S. government clearance level.)

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering or equivalent work experience of 15 years

Certifications:  PMI PMP certification and CISSP certification

Project or Contract Experience: 

- Minimum of 5-8 years of Contract Program Management and Project DevOps oversight and staff supervisory experience

- Have overseen or provided detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports

- Have 15 years of IT experience including supervising large Projects including 

• Designing, planning, and analyzing reporting systems for military functions, 
• Providing detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, and Project status reports 
• Have COOP training and/or certification, 
• Have worked on Projects requiring CMMI 3 experience for Development and CMMI 2 for Services

Must know SDLC (Software Dev. Lifecycle), and know NIST SP 800-63
