True Tandem is seeking a Solution Architect to lead an Amazon Web Services (AWS) project which will be taking a Desktop application to the Cloud and you must work on-site in Chantilly, VA.   Candidates must have prior Project management experience overseeing Developers and leading a Project team.

Prime candidates will be proficient in full-cycle Project management (SDLC), including gathering requirements, overseeing developers, and testing and finalizing the Project.  You must also have experience in Java and C#.  

The Solution Architect will also run a SCRUM team in that space.  

Candidates must have the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect and overseeing an AWS full-cycle conversion project
• Must be able to gathering Stakeholder and user requirements.
• Must be able test (over oversee Engineer/Tester) and finalize the Project
• Must have experience in managing and leading a team of Developers 
• Must be able to run a SCRUM team
• Must have experience in AWS, Java and C#

Candidates must already possess a Top Secret/SCI U.S. government clearance.  (In order to obtain or have this clearance, you must be a US Citizen.)

Candidates must be able to travel and work at the client site, located in Chantilly, VA.
