True Tandem is seeking a QA Engineer/Tester with a minimum of 3 years experience, preferably with Dynamics CRM.  You will create reports/dashboards in MS DevOps to track leakage and other metrics pertaining to QA.   You will create very detailed test cases but also be able to perform Automated testing.  (We prefer you also have experience in Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration).  

We are looking for great Tester, who can also correct code during testing phase.  Be able to test using C#, JavaScript, and SQL for a Dynamics CRM environment.

You must to be able to provide and hand-off quality deliverables on time and work in a very fast-paced environment.  Test cases may be handled manually (writing test cases in DevOps) or automated, but you musts be able to link them to backlog items. 

You must have strong customer service skills and be able to talk with Stakeholders or End Users, at the functional level.

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5+ years proven track record as a QA engineer/Tester 
• 2+ years of experience with MS Dynamics CRM and MS Dev Ops Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• 2-5 years of experience creating and working on detailed test cases in DevOps, including creating reports and dashboards
• Be able to test using C#, JavaScript, and SQL.
• Must be able to correct code during testing as well as have strong Dyn CRM coding skills.
• Ability to write test cases (automated or manually)
• Bachelor's Degree in CS, CIS, MIS and/or related field; 3.0+ GPA preferred
• Must be able to work in the Metro DC area, as most positions are not worked "remotely" 
• Must currently have or be able to obtain a US government clearance (as a US Citizen or green card holder)

Preferred skills:

• Experience in .NET 
• Experience in Selenium and Katalon  
• Experience in testing with Continuous Delivery/Continuous Integration, a plus
• Be willing to expand learning in Dynamics CRM development coding
