Job Description

TrueTandem is seeking a Business/Project Analyst for a project to supply and implement a new software system for a federal government agency, using the MS Dynamics CRM platform and help build it from ground up.  The initial goal is successful delivery of the Project's Phase 1 and then to provide a roadmap and expansion of team members for future phases. 

This position is part of a 2-person Team and requires a current or prior Public Trust clearance or the ability to obtain one with a short application window.  (This means you must be a US citizen or Green card holder to apply to obtain the clearance!)

This is a great opportunity for Business Analyst with prior some Project Analyst or coordination experience, who will start in the beginning phase and be a critical part in growing team/project/program.

NOTE:  The position starts the end of January, so candidates must be available to work in the Metro DC area immediately.

Qualifications

 REQUIRED Business analyst and project skills include:  

  • Ability to elicit and document customer's requirements and obtain Customer sign off on them
  • Ability to manually test work, report bugs, and work with developer/customer through resolution within a developed software application
  • Experience and ability to perform light Project Management duties, such as: create project schedules, ensure tasks are completed on time and on target, and provide strong written and oral status reports
  • MUST be Detail oriented and Customer service mindset
  • MUST possess excellent oral and written communications and have a reasonable ability to communicate at a technical level
  • MUST have direct experience working in a team environment with application Developer(s)

MUST possess the following Technical skills:

  • Working knowledge of Agile methodologies 
  • Understanding or relational databases with ability to write basic SQL queries
  • Experience in Prototyping/Simulations/Wireframing
  • Ability to facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Experience with Platform based software development (Microsoft Dynamics CRM)

Candidates must currently possess or be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance.

Candidates must also be able to work in Washington DC at the client site.
