Candidates will join an incredible TrueTandem Team that will migrate, develop, enhance, debug and support our customer's platforms.

The ideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle (SDLC). They should have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managing applications. They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages and have an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code. This is currently a remote position, and the client site is located in Metro DC.

NOTE:  You must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder with a current MBI Public Trust clearance, residing in the United States to be considered for this position!

Responsibilities include:

• Design, code, test and manage various applications
• Collaborate with engineering team and product team to establish best products
• Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
• Develop automated tests and conduct performance tuning

Required Qualifications/Skills include:

• 4+ years of experience working with .NET or relevant experiences
• 3-5 years of experience in C#, ASP.net Webforms, AJAX, JQUERY, Javascript, and Winforms
• 3-5 years of experience in SQL
• Experience working in Agile development environment
• Knowledge of practices and procedures for full software design life cycle (SDLC)
• Must be able to create tables and store procedures, functions, and views. Be able to provide light tuning.
• Be Team oriented; have the ability to work with a team of business analysts and other developers; and able to work well independently and remotely
• Have an active/current Public Trust / MBI level clearance.
• Ability to start project in 1-2 weeks, after interviewing

PREFERRED:  Possess willingness to learn other platforms and coding skills, such as Dynamics CRM
