market and nationwide for over a decade. We’re seeking a talented, highly-motivated .Net Technical Architect/Team Lead to help lead the expansion of our commercial practice.

The Technical Architect/Team Lead will:

• First and foremost be a key contributor dedicated to the continued growth and success of TrueTandem and its customers.
• Lead the technical design and implementation of cutting-edge solutions and integrations that leverage cloud platforms and modern web development technologies.
• Be involved hands-on in the full lifecycle of multiple challenging and interesting projects.
• Partner with project managers and customer stakeholders to envision and define solution components and architecture.
• Plan and estimate feature delivery within a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Coordinate the on-boarding, mentoring, code-reviews, and day-to-day technical oversight of team members.
• Be a strong advocate for the adherence to strategies and best practices for building modern web solutions that are scalable, reliable, responsive, and secure.
• Be enthusiastic about learning and working with new tools and technologies as the industry landscape and customers’ needs evolve.
• Be familiar with DevOps concepts, tools, and configuration for software projects, including continuous integration, automated testing, automated deployments, monitoring and alerting.
• Bring fresh ideas and creative problem solving to our team.
• Look forward to personally writing great code every day.

The Technical Architect/Team Lead  will be strong in all of the following technologies:
• ASP.Net Core MVC and Web API
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Microsoft Azure
• Git version control

Our ideal Technical Architect/Team Lead will also have experience with at least some of the following:
• Modern web client frameworks such as Angular, React, and/or Vue.js
• Node.js and related server-side web frameworks
• Amazon AWS and/or Google Cloud
• Docker
• Android and/or iOS mobile development
