Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will primarily support the Recruiting Department with administrative responsibilities, screening of resumes, scheduling interview arrangements, supporting restaurants with hiring events, strategies and more.  This Talent Acquisition Specialist will also support the Recruiting Managers and hiring managers to assist with posting jobs to ensure the utmost applicant flow. 

 

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Assist in high volume/high priority scheduling and hiring for hourly candidates.
  • Assist in administrative processes to support new hires.
  • Manage and monitor all ATS platforms for high priority locations for all new applications (Paycom, Indeed, etc).
  • Initial screening of applicants to determine qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Initial contact of all potential candidates via all means of communication (text, email, phone).
  • Coordinate interview scheduling availability for priority locations by communication with management team.
  • ATS candidate profile management to communicate with operating teams on progress.
  • Report & monitoring on recruiting ROI’s.
  • Support virtual hiring events as needed by Recruiting Managers.
  • Various hiring related administrative tasks as needed.

 

Skills & Abilities

  • Strong communicator
  • Interviewing and/or phone screening skills a plus.
  • Professional phone, text and email skills required.
  • Able to maintain a positive and welcoming phone presence throughout each shift.

 

Qualifications

  • Desired candidate is results driven, action and detail oriented.
  • Must display a high level of personal integrity, and work with minimal supervision.
  • Successful track record in hiring and recruiting processes would be a strong plus.
  • Must have strong phone presence.
  • Bilingual in Spanish a plus.
  • Must execute a strong attention to detail, be well organized and able to multi-task.
  • Any experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry a plus.
