The Intern will be responsible to assist and coordinate hands-on maintenance and repair work and will also gain experience assisting the facilities manager with oversight and project management, depending on company needs and abilities of intern, in one or more of the following areas:

• Procuring materials and services as required to maintain equipment
• Coordinate activities and assists with specific projects
• Design, construction and renovation projects
• Compliance with Federal, State and Local Regulatory entities
• Performs store-level facilities walk-throughs

• Proficient in Project Management
• Pursuing degree or college level coursework in construction, maintenance management or similar curriculum
• Proficient in creating and formatting SOP’s
• Knowledge and ability to perform work individually in more than one of the stated functions
• Travel required
• Assist in office tasks such as: budget review, scheduling vendors and attending meetings
• Physical labor may be required: must be able to lift 50 lbs. and work in restaurant operation environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Assist in other duties as assigned
