Every role at Trove Brands is critical to our successful functioning as a whole. Your specific responsibilities as a part of Team Trove will include:

• Observe existing processes within our inventory operations, suggest enhancements, design, and implement improvements to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
• Explore, design, and implement automation solutions for inventory control to increase efficiency and reduce manual intervention
• Track and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) related to accuracy and efficiency across Inventory functions and teams.
• Implement and manage a gamification initiative to enhance performance transparency and motivate team members.
• Generate regular data reports for review by leadership, providing insights and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with cross-functional

We seek team members who are adept at contributing their personal expertise to a collaborative work environment. For this role, we’re looking for someone with the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience in supply chain operations and/or data analytics, with a focus on Inventory Control and process improvement.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools.
• Experience with KPI management and performance tracking.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with automation tools and techniques is a plus.
• Familiarity with Acumatica ERP
