✅ Job Requirements
- Positive attitude; coachable, professional, and goal-oriented
- Strong time management skills with the ability to maintain required stops per hour and make real-time adjustments
- Ability to troubleshoot and navigate complex delivery situations, including gated access, apartments, multi-location stops, customer instructions, and address discrepancies
- Strong attention to safety, detail, planning, and delivery quality procedures
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
- Ability to lift and carry packages up to 85 lbs. repeatedly, including bending, twisting, walking, climbing stairs, and remaining active for the full duration of the route
💰 Compensation & Benefits
- $21.25 hr. + ability to earn a weekly safety & delivery quality bonus ($30–$140)

📦 Job Responsibilities
- Safely deliver up to 350–450 packages across 200+ stops per day during high-volume periods
- Operate an Amazon-branded delivery van safely and professionally
- Follow all driving, safety, and delivery procedures at all times
- Provide positive and highly professional delivery experience for every customer
- Perform intense physically demanding work for 8–9 hours per day
- Communicate effectively with leadership regarding route progress, challenges, or safety concerns
