We are a Growing Medicare Home Health Agency and looking for a dynamic Non-Clinical Intake Coordinator to coordinate the intake of patient referrals into our Estero Home Health Branch. You will communicate with all staff, facilitating timely admission of  our patients to home health services. 

-High School Diploma, or equivalent required.
-Knowledge and ability to apply understanding of medical terminology and basic coding.
-Clear understanding of Medicare home health including, but not limited to Medicare home health admission requirements.
-Expertise in Agency policies and procedures.
-Effectively deal with high levels of stress and communicate effectively in those situations.
-Ability to multitask, ensuring the completion of many tasks, projects, and reports throughout the day.
-Basic, functional knowledge of computer/technology skills including, but not limited to MS Office, MS Excel, navigation of company website, and electronic medical record.
-Exercise independent judgment, work well with marketing and clinical team, and communicate with referral sources confidently and knowledgably.
