Mission:

As an SQE, you represent one of the world's largest OEM at suppliers' plants, ensuring industrial performance in series production and supplier readiness in the launch phases. Your responsibilities include plant readiness, incoming quality, manufacturing capacity, and on-site quality.

Key Responsibilities:

During Supplier Selection:

• Conduct SQD plant assessments for new suppliers based on NSA criteria
• Provide CQC with industrial performance data for current suppliers

During Development:

• Oversee parts industrialization and ensure supplier deliverable consistency
• Ensure supplier readiness at launch
• Manage new supplier plants (greenfield projects)
• Contribute to high-risk product and process qualification
• Measure and verify supplier production capacity
• Implement actions to improve supplier performance robustness

Serial Life/Mass Production:

• Maintain and improve industrial performance of suppliers' sites
• Lead action plans during major quality events to protect our plants and customers
• Ensure lessons learned and risks are addressed by Quality Champions
• Perform regular audits for high-risk suppliers

• Engineering degree from an accredited university
• Fluency in English and Romanian
• 3+ years in quality and manufacturing
• Able to represent the OEM in front of supplier plant director
• Proficiency in quality methods, project management, and industrialization processes

• National and international work involving regular domestic and international travel
